This is our male patient that came to our office with concerns about his chest. He was unhappy and uncomfortable with the fullness in this area which has been present since he was 9 years old. While he was overweight as a child, he lost weight through diet and exercise and did not notice any changes or improvement in his breast size.
Prior to seeing us, he saw his primary care doctors and stopped all workout supplements. The patient had a thorough consultation with Dr. Smita explaining his concerns. After an examination, it was decided the patient would undergo ultrasound assisted liposuction to address his gynecomastia. He did extremely well with his surgery with results almost immediately. He continues to have improvement in skin contraction and swelling and is very happy with his results.
