    Patient stated that she has always been self conscious with the size of her small breasts, but wanted to wait until after children to have a breast augmentation. Patient desired an implant that would provide her with a full C cup, or small D cup size. After further discussion and consulting with Dr. Smita, the patient went through with the breast augmentation procedure.
