This is a lovely 38 year old female who came to see Dr. Smita to discuss improvement in the shape, size and symmetry of her breasts. She desires fuller more symmetrical breasts and feels like her left breast is bigger than her right side. She also does not like the unequal position of her nipples.
She has never had surgery to address these concerns in the past, however, does want a natural appearance. Based on her concerns and after an in-depth consultation and examination with Dr. Smita, it was felt she would best benefit from breast augmentation procedure on the right side and an augmentation with breast lift on the left side.
To balance the size, we used a 305cc moderate plus implant on the right and a 285cc moderate plus implant on the left. The patient did well from surgery and is extremely happy with her new shape and contour. She wishes she had done this sooner.
