This is our sweet 28-year-old female patient that came to see Dr. Smita to improve the fullness and appearance of her breasts. The patient had a breast reduction over 10 years ago and while she was very happy with her results at the time, she lost approximately 100lbs through diet and exercise over the years and felt her breasts were small leaving her feeling self-conscious about their appearance.
She was wearing an A or B cup bra with padding but would like to be a D cup. After consultation with Dr. Smita, she underwent a breast lift with implants. 350cc Sientra moderate plus implants were used and placed under the muscle. The patient healed well and is happy with her new shape and appearance. She feels more confident in her clothing and her appearance.
