This lovely patient of ours is a 53 year female who was interested in replacing her breast implants and achieving an improved appearance and contour. She has saline implants placed over 10 years ago and believes that one ruptured during a recent mammogram. She notes that one side is smaller than the other.
After discussion and consultation with Dr. Smita, she decided on changing her implants to silicone and changing the pocket to under the muscle. Dr. Smita performed a breast lift and placed Mentor 350cc silicone implants. The patient has recovered well and is very happy with her results. She has more symmetry and fullness and her results are proportional to her frame and look natural.
