This lovely patient is a who desires a breast reduction procedure. This patient is at . At such a young age she feels her breasts are too large for her frame and her breasts have affected her posture causing her to hunch over as she walks and sits. Patient did state experiencing back pain due to the weight of her breast. Patient is unhappy with the way her breasts look and how they affect her appearance. The Patient’s bra size was a 36DD and would like to be reduced to a C cup.
After further discussion and consultation with Dr Smita, this patient followed through with the breast reduction procedure. During patient post op appointments she was thrilled with the results. Patient stated how her posture has improved and her back pain has improved as well.
